The European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL) is the international, non-profit, independent association of benchmarked Living Labs.
DHI is one of Scotland’s 4 active Innovation Centres devoted to new digital technologies for health and care of citizens. Its mission is to enhance the populations longevity and health stimulating the economy, collaborating, co-designing and transforming innovative ideas into solutions by providing engagement, facilitation, project management, services, business and technical innovation using Living Lab Methodology. Funded by the UK Government, DHI leads the Rural Centre of Excellence for Digital Health and Care Innovation in the Moray Region (RCE) aimed at mobilising health and care services. The RCE identified 5 areas explored via Living Labs, supported by a Citizen Panel and underpinned by a virtual R&D infrastructure: supported self-management – working with industry and public sector partners to innovate a digitally integrated solution to support weight management and active; long term conditions co-management; care In place; smart housing/smart communities; mental wellbeing.
