Agrodatasmart

AGRODATASMART LL is coordinated by ARDS Braila (Agricultural Research-Development Station) whose motto is ”Research for well-being”, together with the AGROSMART Cluster ”Together we are better and stronger” an association comprising 15 members (farmers, universities, companies, local authorities).

AGRODATASMART is a Living Lab that aims to develop precision agriculture in Romania. Therefore, the digitization of agriculture is promoted, through the use of sensors, satellite images, weather stations and drones, for the supervision of agricultural and horticultural crops and the timely adoption of phytosanitary treatment measures. The main objective is to reduce as much as possible the use of pesticides and to protect the environment.
