The Effective Members are Adherent Members that request, with a letter of intent, to upgrade their membership to the effective one. Effective Members enjoy a higher level of engagement within the Network. They can lead Working Groups, be elected as part of the ENoLL Council, represent ENoLL in high-level events organised at European and international level, participate in EU policy discussions, have a higher discount for capacity building activities. They are given priority in project opportunities and hold full voting rights in the General Assembly.

Provide Required Information. When expressing interest, include the following details:
Review and Approval. The ENoLL Office will review the submitted information. Following this review, the application will be forwarded to the Evaluator Board and the ENoLL General Assembly for approval through a fast-track process.
Upon approval, the organization must pay the annual fee of 5000 EUR (ex. VAT) to complete the upgrade and become an Effective Member.
