Finnish Network of Living Labs

Finnish Network of Living Labs is a co-orchestrated platform of six Finnish universities of applied sciences. The platform originated at the time of the founding of ENoLL. The innovation partnership includes: Xamk South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Savonia University of Applied Sciences, Centria University of Applied Sciences, Arcada University of Applied Sciences, and Häme University of Applied Sciences. The partnership embeds and develops Living Lab praxis with corporate and NGO partners in southern, eastern, and western Finland with the help of over 30 000 students and 3000 staff. The partnership is committed to:

  1. cooperation in national and international project planning and execution;
  2. enhancing the international visibility of Finnish Living Labs;
  3. making an impact in the worldwide ENoLL community. Finnish Network of Living Labs is coordinated by Xamk.

The network represents different types of Livings Labs and is thus well-suited to explore best practices and exchange ideas, especially, about how to embed Living Lab methodology into local and regional development. The network operates through regular live co-learning forumswhich are open to international ENoLL partners in addition to online working groups.
