We act as test beds and service providers by creating ecosystems where innovations can be co-created, tested, and validated especially in twin transition (green and digital) climate change mitigation, circular economy, agrecology, smart communities/ energy systems, health and other sectors. We have a digital technology focus (validation, test before invest, maturity assessments) providing infrastructure to test new technologies. Our vision and mission are to serve regional actors by integrating stakeholders—citizens, researchers, companies, and public institutions—into the innovation process. We support startups and SMEs and clusters of SME through integrated services offered by various networks and projects where our team has dedicated experts (European digital Hubs, Enterprise Europe Network, European Cluster Collaboration Platform, Horizon Europe, Erasmus plus and others. We act also as a lobby organization for better regulatory frameworks. We are involved in training, access to finance  and capacity building for our clients. Thus, we have a “client journey” approach through integrated services.
