[Lorraine Smart City Living Lab] Calling for evaluation of living labs impact on participants learnings

The Lorraine Smart City Living Lab (Univ Lorraine – ERPI Laboratory) is conducting research under the
supervision of Prof. Laure Morel and Dr. Raphaël Bary, which aims at evaluating how living lab
participation impacts on participants innovation capacity.
Therefore, we invite living lab managers and facilitators to send the following questionnaires to
participants at the end of their collaborative living lab activities. This will enable participants to discover
and evaluate what has been learned beyond the scope of the project they are involved in. These
questionnaires are divided into the first phases of innovation process and are available in 3 languages
(English, French and Spanish).
Exploration (diagnosis and problem understanding):
What did you learn in living labs ? exploration phase (univ-lorraine.fr)
Ideation (first emergence of solutions):
What did you learn in living labs ? ideation phase (univ-lorraine.fr)
Co-creation (or prototyping):
What did you learn in living labs ? co-creation phase (univ-lorraine.fr)
Furthermore, as this research is quite exploratory, we also encourage you to send the following link to
participants willing to share their experience and reflect on their practice during an individual interview:
