Central European Living Lab for Territorial Innovation – CentraLab

Central European Living Lab for Territorial Innovation – CentraLab project was launched in May 2011 and will run until April 2014. The project is funded by the CENTRAL EUROPE Programme, co-financed by the ERDF. The project involves 10 partners from eight European countries (Slovenia, Slovakia, Italia, Germany, Austria, Polish, Hungary, Czech Republic).

Central European Living Lab for Territorial Innovation – CentraLab project was launched in May 2011 and will run until April 2014. The project is funded by the CENTRAL EUROPE Programme, co-financed by the ERDF. The project involves 10 partners from eight European countries (Slovenia, Slovakia, Italia, Germany, Austria, Polish, Hungary, Czech Republic).

The project lead partner is E​​-Institute from Slovenia.
CentraLab´s main objective is to transform Central Europe into a broad-reaching laboratory
for innovation, including the social and organisational as well as technological dimensions
by using a Living lab approach. Partners will set up pilots under different specific domains:
energy efficiency, climate change, eco-tourism, eHealth, environment and education, media and creativity,
micro-SME networks, mobility, rural development and waste management.
Next CentraLab project mid-term conference entitled Smart Specialization for Central Europe
and Living Lab Opportunities in the Light of the Danube Strategy will be held in October 1-2,
2012 in Hungary (http://www.corvinno.com/clconf).
